Subsequent to the extinction of PT.com - Comunicações Interactivas, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "PT Comunicações, SA", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 12th March, 2008, of 8.620.690 ordinary shares, book-entry and registered, under the code PTD AM and PTD1AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
