Subsequent to the extinction of GDP - Gás de Portugal - S.G.P.S., S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 15th July, 2008, of 26.528.584 ordinary shares, book-entry and registered, under the code GDPXAM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
