Change of the corporate name of GDP Distribuição - S.G.P.S., S.A.

We hereby inform that, on 16^th July, 2008, the corporate name of "GDP Distribuição - S.G.P.S., S.A." was changed to "GDP - Gás de Portugal, S.G.P.S., S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code GDD AM.
