We hereby inform that, on 15^th August, 2008, 85.528.600.000 ordinary bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,45% - 15 Junho 2018", which auction took place on 13^th August, 2008, under the code OTENOE. These bonds are fungible with 541.776.200.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 627.304.800.000).
