Decrease of the share capital of SDO AM

We hereby inform that, on 3^rd October, 2008, the share capital of SADOPORT - Terminal Marítimo do Sado, S.A. was reduced from 3.300.000,00 to 1.300.000,00 EUR, by changing the nominal value of shares from 330,00 to 130,00 EUR, registered under the code SDO AM.
