Subsequent to the extinction of COMPAL - Companhia Produtora de Conservas Alimentares, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "Sumolis - Gestão de Marcas, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 31^th December, 2008, of 10.000.000 ordinary shares, book-entry and registered, under the code CAL AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
