We hereby inform that, on 31^th December, 2008, the share capital of SADOPORT - Terminal Marítimo do Sado, S.A. was reduced from 1.300.000,00 to 500.000,00 EUR, by changing the nominal value of shares from 130,00 to 50,00 EUR, registered under the code SDO AM.
