We hereby inform that, on 15^th May, 2009, 83.543.300.000 bonds of company Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,95% - 25 Outubro 2023", which auction took place on 13^th May, 2009, under the code OTEAOE. These bonds are fungible with 469.275.800.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 552.819.100.000).
