We hereby inform that, on 15^th June, 2009, 109.675.000.000 bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. were registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,750% - 14 Junho 2019", which auction took place on 10^th June, 2009, under the code OTEMOE. These bonds are fungible with 400.000.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 509.675.000.000).
