We hereby inform that, on 10^th July, 2009, 111.500.000.000 bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,750% - 14 Junho 2019", which auction took place on 8^th July, 2009, under the code OTEMOE. These bonds are fungible with 509.675.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 621.175.000.000).
