We hereby inform that, on 21^th July, 2009, the corporate name of "SETGÁS - Sociedade de Produção e Distribuição de Gás, S.A." was changed to "SETGÁS - Sociedade de Distribuição de Gás Natural, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code SEG AM.
