We hereby inform that, on 10th March, 2010, under the terms of paragraph b) of nr. 2 of article 19 of CMVM's Regulation nr. 14/2000, the BPN - S.G.P.S., S.A.'s issue of shares, registered in the Securities Central under the code BPS AM, was cancelled, given that his transference of system of registry to Banco Português de Negócios, S.A. occurs on that date.
