We hereby inform that, on 10^th March, 2010, the share capital of PT-Móveis - Serviços de Telecomunicações - S.G.P.S., S.A. was reduced from 2.210.000.000,00 to 1.723.800.000,00 EUR, by changing the nominal value of shares from 0,50 to 0,39 EUR, registered under the code PTO AM and PTO1AM.
