Subsequent to the extinction of Lisboa TV - Informação e Multimédia, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "SIC - Sociedade Independente de Comunicação, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 16^th March, 2010, of 1.042.200 ordinary shares and book-entry, under the code LTV AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
