We hereby inform that, on 19th March, 2010, the corporate name of "Operadora LUSOSCUT BLA - Operação e Manutenção de Auto-Estradas, S.A." was changed to "Ascendi Operadora BLA, Operação e Manutenção Rodoviária, S.A.". The shares representing the share capital shall remain registered under the code OLB AM.
