We hereby inform that, on 16^th April, 2010, 80.500.000.000 bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 5% - 15 Junho 2012", which auction took place on 14^th April, 2010, under the code OTEKOE. These bonds are fungible with 694.100.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 774.600.000.000).
