We hereby inform that, on 14^th May, 2010, 106.164.700.000 bonds of company Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 4,80% - 15 June 2020", which auction took place on 12^th May, 2010, under the code OTECOE. These bonds are fungible with 434.000.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 540.164.700.000).
