We hereby inform that, on 11^th June, 2010, 80.952.100.000 bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 5,45% Setembro 2013", which auction took place on 9^th June, 2010, under the code OTEGOE. These bonds are fungible with 730.793.026.013 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 811.745.126.013).
