Subsequent to the extinction of MOP - Multimédia Outdoors Portugal - Publicidade, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "DALI INVEST OUTDOOR, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 11th June, 2010, of 369.000 ordinary shares and book-entry, under the code BLK AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
