We hereby inform that, on 10^th September, 2010, 43.394.300.000 bonds of Instituto de Gestão da Tesouraria e do Crédito Público, I.P. shall be registered, regarding the loan "OT 3.85% Abril 2021", which auction took place on 8^th September, 2010, under the code OTEYOE. These bonds are fungible with 707.646.400.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 751.040.700.000).
