Subsequent to the extinction of ECO-Oil - Tratamento de Águas Contaminadas, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "QUIMITÉCNICA Ambiente - Tratamento de Resíduos e Efluentes, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 10th January, 2011, of 100.000 ordinary shares and book-entry, under the code EOI AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
