Subsequent to the extinction of Sporting - Comércio e Serviços, S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "Sporting - Sociedade Desportiva de Futebol, SAD", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 27th July, 2011, of 100.000 ordinary shares and book-entry, under the code SCS AM, representing the share capital of that Company, is made public.
