We hereby inform that, on 4^th August, 2011, the share capital of SOPRAGOL - Sociedade de Industrialização de Produtos Agrícolas, S.A. was reduced from 14.800.000,00 to 6.068.000,00 EUR, by changing the nominal value of shares from 5,00 to 2,05 EUR, registered under the code SPG AP.
