We hereby inform that, on 21th October, 2011, 1.172 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SAG Gest - Soluções Automóvel Globais - S.G.P.S., S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "SAG Gest, S.G.P.S. - 6ª Em. PC - PRG 58.600.000 EUR (BCP)", under the code SA1FJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 30th December, 2011.
