We hereby inform that, on 31th October, 2012, 2.000 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company CIMPOR - Cimentos de Portugal - S.G.P.S., S.A., were registered, regarding the issue "Grupo CIMPOR 2012 - 6ª em PC - PRG 300M EUR ", under the code CPRCJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 23th November, 2012.
