Fulfilling the applicable legal and regulatory rules, one makes public the cancellation of the affiliation of BANCO ACTIVOBANK, S.A. to the settlement systems and securities centralized systems run by INTERBOLSA, by conversion of the affiliation determined on February, 2011, for a period not larger than three years, into a definite cancellation.
