We hereby inform that, on 14th April, 2014, 50 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company SAG Gest - Soluções Automóvel Globais - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "SAG Gest, S.G.P.S. - 35ª Emissão PC - PRG 2,5M EUR (Banif)", under the code SA12JM.
This issue will be cancelled on 14th May, 2014.
