We hereby inform that, on 12^th February, 2015, 130.082.800.000 bonds of company Agência de Gestão da Tesouraria e da Dívida Pública, E.P.E. were registered, regarding the loan "OT 2,875% - 15 Outubro 2025", which auction took place on 11^th February, 2015, under the code OTEKOE. These bonds are fungible with 350.000.000.000 bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 480.082.800.000).
