We hereby inform that, on 27th February, 2015, 4.010 units of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company Teixeira Duarte - Engenharia e Construções, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "TEIXEIRA DUARTE - 8ª EM PC - PRG 200.500.000 EUR (BESI)", under the code TDULJM.
This issue will be cancelled on 29th April, 2015.
