We hereby inform that, on 2^nd November, 2015, the share capital of FINANGESTE - Empresa de Investimentos, Gestão e Desenvolvimento, S.A. was reduced from 27.669.380,00 to 50.000,00 EUR, registered under the code FNG AM.
