We hereby inform that, on 7th December, 2018, 190.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa were registered regarding the loan "OT 4,125% 14 Abril 2027", under the code OTEUOE (ISIN PTOTEUOE0019. These bonds are fungible with 8.816.841.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 9.006.841.000,00 EUR).
