Subsequent to the extinction of PARCAIXA, S.G.P.S., S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "Caixa Geral de Depósitos, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 20^th December, 2018, of 850.000.000 ordinary shares book-entry and registered, under the code PRX AM (ISIN PTPRX0AM0009) and of 150.000.000 preferential shares book-entry and registered, under the code PRX1VM (ISIN PTPRX1VM0003), representing the share capital of that company, is made public.
