Subsequent to the extinction of LONGAPAR - S.G.P.S., S.A. due to the respective merger, by incorporation, in "Cimo - Gestão de Participações, SGPS, S.A.", the correspondent cancellation of the registry, on 4^th January, 2019, of 480.000.000 ordinary shares and book-entry, under the code LGP AM (ISIN PTLGP0AM0007, representing the share capital of that company, is made public.
