We hereby inform that, on 6th January, 2020, 150.000.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP Energia 2014 - 16ª Emissão PC - PRG 150M EUR (BST)", under the code GA2XJM (ISIN PTGA2XJM0011).
This issue will be cancelled on 6th July, 2020.
