We hereby inform that, on 24th April, 2020, 299.443.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 2,875% - 21 - Jul - 2026", under the code OTETOE (ISIN PTOTETOE0012). These bonds are fungible with 10.307.368.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 10.606.811.000,00 EUR).
