We hereby inform that, on 15th May, 2020, 228.383.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT 2,875% - 15 Outubro 2025", under the code OTEKOE (ISIN PTOTEKOE0011). These bonds are fungible with 13.953.366.527,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 14.181.749.527,00 EUR).
