Registry of the increase of quantity of PTOTELOE0028

We hereby inform that, on 24^th July, 2020, 976.636.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,475% - 18 Out 2030", under the code OTELOE (ISIN PTOTELOE0028). These bonds are fungible with 6.401.297.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.377.933.000,00 EUR).
