We hereby inform that, on 28th August, 2020, 537.428.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,7% - 15 Out 2027", under the code OTEMOE (ISIN PTOTEMOE0035). These bonds are fungible with 5.000.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.537.428.000,00 EUR).
