Registry of the increase of quantity of PTOTEXOE0024

We hereby inform that, on 4^th December, 2020, 784.200.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 15 Jun 2029", under the code OTEXOE (ISIN PTOTEXOE0024). These bonds are fungible with 11.105.520.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 11.889.720.000,00 EUR).
