We hereby inform that, on 4th January, 2021, 150.000.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 50.000,00 EUR, of the company GALP Energia - S.G.P.S., S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "GALP ENERGIA 2014 - 18. EM PC - PRG 150M EUR (BST)", under the code GA23JM (ISIN PTGA23JM0012).
This issue will be cancelled on 5th July, 2021.
