We hereby inform that, on 26th February, 2021, 200.000,00 EUR of commercial paper, with a nominal value of 100.000,00 EUR, of the company Grupo Visabeira, S.A., shall be registered, regarding the issue "COMMERCIAL PAPER PROGRAMME GRUPO VISABEIRA - GV CP 6M SEP 2021 - PRG 50 M.EUR (BANKINTER)", under the code G1VQJM (ISIN PTG1VQJM0106).
This issue will be cancelled on 9th September, 2021.
