We hereby inform that, on 12th March, 2021, 748.028.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,7% - 15 Out 2027", under the code OTEMOE (ISIN PTOTEMOE0035). These bonds are fungible with 5.537.428.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.285.456.000,00 EUR).
