We hereby inform that, on 12th March, 2021, 748.028.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,475% - 18 Out 2030", under the code OTELOE (ISIN PTOTELOE0028). These bonds are fungible with 8.841.933.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 9.589.961.000,00 EUR).
