We hereby inform that, on 31th March, 2021, 22.400.000,00 EUR of bonds of company ARES LUSITANI - STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "ARES LUSITANI/2021 - PROJECT ELLIS - SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2041", under the code LSNJOM (ISIN PTLSNJOM0009). These bonds are fungible with 40.300.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 62.700.000,00 EUR).
