Registry of the increase of quantity of PTOTEOOE0033

We hereby inform that, on 11^th June, 2021, 700.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,3% - 17 Out 2031", under the code OTEOOE (ISIN PTOTEOOE0033). These bonds are fungible with 4.551.000.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 5.251.000.000,00 EUR).
