We hereby inform that, on 11th June, 2021, 300.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,7% - 15 Out 2027", under the code OTEMOE (ISIN PTOTEMOE0035). These bonds are fungible with 6.285.456.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 6.585.456.000,00 EUR).
