We hereby inform that, on 30th June, 2021, 31.600.000,00 EUR of registered bonds of company ARES LUSITANI - STC, S.A. were registered regarding the loan "ARES LUSITANI/2020 - PROJECT NATA II - Senior SECURED Notes due 2040", under the code LSNEOM (ISIN PTLSNEOM0004). These bonds are fungible with 91.800.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 123.400.000,00 EUR).
