We hereby inform that, on 16th July, 2021, 740.320.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 0,475% - 18 Out 2030", under the code OTELOE (ISIN PTOTELOE0028). These bonds are fungible with 9.589.961.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 10.330.281.000,00 EUR).
