We hereby inform that, on 27th August, 2021, 1.025.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 2,125% 17 Outubro 2028", under the code OTEVOE (ISIN PTOTEVOE0018). These bonds are fungible with 13.193.387.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 14.218.387.000,00 EUR).
