Registry of the increase of quantity of PTOTEWOE0017

We hereby inform that, on 24^th September, 2021, 235.000.000,00 EUR of bonds of República Portuguesa shall be registered regarding the loan "OT - 2,25% - 18 Abril 2034", under the code OTEWOE (ISIN PTOTEWOE0017). These bonds are fungible with 7.244.895.000,00 EUR of bonds already issued (total amount in circulation: 7.479.895.000,00 EUR).
